"We train and make the villagers aware to farm cold crops so that they can earn more. Cauliflower, cabbage, peas, sugar beat, Chinese vegetable, chayote, potato, cardamom in slope lands are best known crops in cold places. We provide seeds of these plants in half cost to villagers", says Keshav Thapa, agriculture expert for NCDC.
"What we suggest and trained is all about sustainable technology. With the help of this farmers can get more profit with out destroying biodiversity. We prefer not to use pesticides rather we have introduced our own product called NASABIKE Agrimedicine", added Thapa.

Local non governmental organization Ilam Co-operation Council (ICC) and Namsaling Community Development Centre (NCDC) together converge to conserve these species. Globally significant wild animals like Red Panda and Bear Found in these regions are already marked as endangered species. Birds like Satyra tragopam and plants such as Rhododendron, Taxus baccata, Zanthoxylum, American beach, Dactylorhiza are the target of these organizations.
